Ronna also offers weekend retreats combining yoga/hiking or yoga/ snowshoeing in Lake Louise. There is something for everyone’s schedule and budget to getaway and rejuvenate in nature. EcoYoga Adventures EcoYoga combines yoga, hiking, and walking meditation in beautiful mountains landscapes around Banff. Walk With Ronna offers half and full day EcoYoga public programs and custom packages for bridal parties or groups. Leadership Walks Good Leaders know they need to get way and reflect on their own leadership or issues facing their organization. Walk With Ronna can help by offering mindfulness and reflection hikes.
