About Forever Angels UK

Forever Angels Baby Home is an interim care facility in Mwanza, Tanzania supporting orphaned, abandoned, HIV positive and disabled babies whilst actively pursuing family reunification. We believe EVERY CHILD should be raised in a loving family. Forever Angels' second project (Maisha Matters) supports orphaned new-born babies in the community who have no adequate nutrition. We provide them with weekly formula milk and we train their Caregiver on Nutrition, First Aid, Child Development, HIV and Malaria Prevention. After about six months of working intensely with the family - we help them to set up a small scale, sustainable business which leads to empowering the whole family. We start with a malnourished infant and we end with an empowered family able to support themselves independently into the future. Our model works and we have a vision to roll this out across Tanzania. One baby at a time - we are changing lives.
