About Forge Health
Located in Burnaby BC, we are an an integrated health centre focused on enhancing lives through optimizing performance and health. We offer physiotherapy, kinesiology directed active rehabilitation, personal training, and sport specific conditioning under one roof, allowing for the most effective communication between practitioners resulting in the most efficient team approach to your health and wellness. Our physiotherapists work with clients in a one-on-one setting in a private room. This means the physiotherapist is entirely focused on you, and is not moving back and forth between multiple patients. This allows for the highest level of care, attentiveness and communication during your sessions. We train in one-on-one private settings, semi-private settings, small group settings and classes. Our programming focuses on teaching functional movement through a series of progressional, science based programming administered in an inspirational environment by our experienced coaches and Kinesiologists.
