Deal Due Diligence: technology review, market and financial analysis, intellectual property evaluation and financing document review and drafting for venture capital, private equity groups and potential acquirers of technology companies. Legal Services: including company formation filings and organizational documents, financing document review and drafting including model Venture Capital Association forms, stock option plans, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, supply and service agreements, licensing and strategic partnership agreements and contingency fee patent enforcement through licensing or litigation or both.
