FORMACY are Manuel Canestrini & Colin Whitehead Founded by Manuel in 2018, formacy was joined by Colin in 2020. German born and bred, Manuel is a trained and practising architect and interior designer with a strong Bauhaus influence, who gathered experience in diverse creative disciplines; while Colin is a qualified furniture & interior designer and trained cabinet maker running his own company Special Things Furniture specialised in custom made furniture. Working in a team, discussing ideas and merging different skillsets is key for the successful design philosophy of formacy.
