FORMAFOAM BV exists since 1977 and our main activity is the processing of PU foam for very diverse applications, depending on the desired product specifications of our customers. We have a very wide product range of different foams with specific characteristics adapted and chosen for your needs. Since 1979 we have been a partner of Kabelwerk Eupen Group AG, producer of flexible polyurethane foam. We are known in the market to be a high quality PU Foam processor and we have all cutting technologies. We offer a wide range of products, from simple foam buns to the most sophisticated glued mattress core or even to finished products...and all this made out of a bright choice of different foam types and additional materials. We are mostly present in the bedding, furniture and packaging markets, but our development department can offer solutions for all of your customers wishes. Next to the more "classical" point of view of the business, we can develop a business scheme "à la carte", adapted to our customer needs. It also means that we can deliver all the value added services of our partners throughout Europe. We can organize all materials, production, warehouse spaces and a total logistic solution in order to be as reactive as possible to you or even your customer's demand.
