Southsource is providing a creative real estate resource that is embracing a long-overdue disruption in commercial real estate. We are making connections among users, building owners and capital sources as the space market demands more creativity than ever before. Our team cut our teeth helping earliest stage start-ups and building owners break through traditional real estate constraints to build win-win relationships. We now have the institutional experience and innovative spirit to apply these lessons to any project. At the same time, we’re diving head first into an increased level of transparency in commercial space and serving as a resource for futuristic thinking about buildings and their use. The future of office will be in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and we know great things are possible when we challenge norms and think inventively about real estate. Whether working for tenant or landlord, we solve our clients’ problems through the lens of an investor, because we are invested in multiple venture capital firms, prop tech firms and, soon, real estate assets.
