About FormTight

FormTight is a custom plastic thermoformer of both thin and thick gauge plastics. We have been in business since 1992 and have found our niche providing quality custom thermoforming at an affordable price. In most cases we can help you go from prototype to production in just a few weeks. In our thin gauge division we have multiple high speed in-line thermoformers with steel rule die cut, as well as match metal die cutting capabilities. We process many different materials including: HIPS, PET, PETG, PVC, HDPE, ABS, PC, PP, Anti-static materials, FDA grade materials and others with thicknesses from .0075" to .090". Materials can be custom color-matched or clear, black, white, or "natural". Our thick gauge division has both rotary and large single station equipment, the single stations are primarily used for prototyping and small production runs, while the rotary machines are used for medium to large volume production runs. We can form a maximum sheet size of 5' by 7'-6" x 3'. We also have 5-axis CNC routing capabilities for maximum efficiency and high tolerance repeatable fabrication requirements. Typically materials processed are from .060 thick up to .5" thick. We process many different materials ie: HIPS, PET, PETG, PVC, HDPE, ABS, PC, PP, Fire rated materials, ROHS compliant materials and others.
