About Forsyth Community Clinic
The Forsyth Community Clinic (FCC) is a a 501-(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing free basic health and wellness services to uninsured adult residents of Forsyth County, Georgia. FCC provides no-cost, non-emergent, basic heath care services to low income and indigent residents 18-years or older of Forsyth County, GA. The clinic is an independent organization that is funded through grants, contributions and fundraising support from other non-profits, foundations, government organizations and the greater Forsyth County community. FCC does work in conjunction with the broader healthcare network in Forsyth County including local hospitals, the local community health center and the county health department to ensure all residents of Forsyth County have access to healthcare as a necessary bridge to wellness and increased quality of life.
