Fort HealthCare provides care to the residents in and around Jefferson County. The Fort Memorial Hospital is a modern, fully accredited, acute care facility with 49 beds. In addition to inpatient services, Fort HealthCare offers ambulatory surgery, the Center for Joint Replacement, an exceptional hand care program and many specialty clinics, a birthing center, cardiac rehabilitation, emergency services including the Urgent Care Program for after-hours treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, occupational medicine and more. Satellite clinics offering primary and specialty care are located in Fort Atkinson, Cambridge, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, and Whitewater. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
