Our mission at the Fortitude Foundations is to spread awareness of Sports Related Injury Depression (SRID). Many youth athletes will face some adversity during their sports experience, most will recover, some won't without help. We hope to make the community aware of the potential for an athlete's thoughts to spiral out of control. We look to build an athletes support community, and facilitate a resource for those looking for help. Our team of advisors can provide contact to a team of sports psychologists and professionals working on this mission and creating a safer, healthier environment for adolescent athletes. If we can prevent one child from depression, one athlete from quitting, or one suicide, it will be a resounding success. Help us keep hope alive!
