About FortMedica

FORTMEDICA is a family business that runs a private ENT clinic with five branches and one-day ENT and cosmetic surgery department. The aim of our team of highly qualified doctors is to provide professional care at modernly equipped workplaces. We strive for minimizing unpleasant and invasive procedures by using the newest available technologies. For example, we are one of the few clinics in the Czech Republic that performs plasma coblation operations or laryngologic examination using NBI technology. Our praxis started in 1994 with a small private doctor’s office and gradually we expanded into four branches and one-day surgery clinic. Since 2004 we perform operations of nose, ears, throat and cosmetic surgery in local and general anesthesia. The hospitalization at our clinic is usually necessary only for 2-6 hours. In 17 years we already performed over 15 000 operations in general anesthesia, out of which more than 4500 were plasma coblation adenotomies. Our most frequent patients are children. We want the first-class private health care to be as available as possible, so we constantly deal with representatives of insurance companies about the coverage of procedures. Currently almost all insurance companies financially contribute to the surgical procedures performed at our clinic. FORTMEDICA cooperates with specialized university clinics in the Czech Republic and abroad. By that we guarantee to our patients the maximum possible diagnostics and treatment. We also offer the so called second opinion examination. Apart from that we organize expert seminars for general practitioners and specialists. Our doctors speak English, Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, Dutch, Urdu, Hindi, Persian and Arabic.
