Integrity Our experienced red seal carpenter, apprentices and business acumen complement our in-house operation. Our model provides us with the opportunity to be directly involved during project conception through to completion. Our priority is to earn our client’s trust. Ultimately, we are building relationships. 3. Craftsmanship Our team is committed to a level of quality and attention to detail that requires continuous development. In conjunction with the Manitoba Apprenticeship Program, our apprentices attend technical training in Brandon. Fortress Finishing apprentices also benefit from the high level of skill and direction provided by our onsite red seal carpenter.
