Parent company of Bravium Winery and Outlier Wine Co. Derek Rohlffs is Bravium Winery and Outlier Wine Co.’s Proprietor & Winemaker. Bravium produces vineyard designated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines under its flagship label. Traditional winemaking techniques - gravity-moving wines and bottling them unfined and unfiltered - allow the source fruit to remain at the forefront, vine to bottle. Vineyards are located in the fringe areas of the Anderson Valley, Carneros, Mendocino Ridge, Santa Cruz Mountains, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Sonoma Coast appellations. Bravium Winery is located in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. The name Bravium (Latin for “reward, prize or gift”) dovetails with the Sip&Give charitable campaign that Derek made a part of the winery’s DNA at its founding.
