Forty8 Live is a full-service national event company that provides turn-key solutions for start-up concepts to the well-established branded clients. An innovative leader who creates, books, produces, and markets live events from festivals, concerts and civic celebrations to corporate events and private themed special events. Our goal is to produce signature events that produce a significant economic impact in the community, create a memorable experience for the attendees and deliver results that exceed expectations for our partners. As one of the largest producers of special events in Arizona, Forty8 Live has an ever growing and impressive roster of over a dozen signature annual events. Our roster of award-winning special events include, but is not limited to the largest BBQ festival in the Southwest the KNIX BBQ & Beer Festival that has multiple national headlining artists perform each year, the City of Surprise Rib Fest Throwdown a two-day event that includes multiple national headlining acts, carnivals and over 30 large amusement rides, the Rockin’ Taco Street Festival, Multiple Oktoberfest celebrations, the Harvest Festival, the Canacopia Festival, Southwest Cajun Festival, and the Chili Bourbon Festival. Forty8 Live produces community events throughout Arizona as well as across the United States. We are responsible for all production aspects including, but not limited to, venue negotiations, marketing, advertisement, ticketing, public relations, social media, city/county/state liaisons, police/fire, stage, sound and lights, video, security, tenting, fencing, trash and sanitation, traffic plans, parking, staffing, alcohol sales, selling & coordinating vendors, sponsorship & strategic partners, transparent accounting, graphic design, printing, street team management, and booking of all the entertainment from local acts to national touring artists.
