About FORUM-UN.ITALIA

WHO WE ARE - Italy has only a partially unexploited professional potential, represented by those who work or have already collaborated with the United Nations, its organizations and agencies and/or other international organizations. These international officials have held significant positions in those institutions, both as regular staff and as consultants, they have acquired skills in various parts of the world, often working for long periods in challenging and often complex socio-political situations. Some of them are still in service, others are retired and have returned to Italy, others still reside elsewhere, but have remained in contact with Italian realities. Everyone is eager to offer their contribution to our society based on their skills. This potential constitutes a precious resource of knowledge and skills that can be made available to our country, especially to deal with complex situations where it is necessary to apply virtuous managerial and administrative models. It was therefore proposed to set up a professional forum called "FORUM-UN.ITALIA" in order to enhance the systematic use of this human potential in our country.
