Forward Mining Solutions is an emerging mining services business that provides technical and operational consulting and contracting services to the Resources Sector. Our purpose is to support our clients to move their businesses forward – we leverage our extensive mining and project management experience to support our clients to realise the full potential of their assets and opportunities, including their people, their existing resources and their capital. We do this by offering the following services: • Operational assessments to identify potential areas to improve their business, and support to implement those improvements; • Facilitation and leadership of their business planning, including strategic planning, life of mine planning and budgeting, which can also include developing planning systems and processes; • Project management services to ensure they deliver technical studies as well as small and large mining and construction projects on time, within budget and to the quality that you expect; • Facilitation of contract tenders to ensure they achieve value for money and maximise the likelihood of execution success, as well as ongoing contractor management support; • Due diligence support to help them make sound investment decisions to maximise the growth and value of their businesses; • Short- and medium-term contracting into key leadership and management positions to enable performance turn-around or realignment, to enhance sustained success or to fill temporary vacancies.
