About Foster International

Foster International was founded in 2009 on the bedrock of a simple idea. The idea was that positive change is found at the intersection of embracing technology and understanding viability as a function of actual value generation versus timing. We did not think that we had to do something new. We thought, and still believe, that we can delve into something mundane and extract potential by respecting it's engineering and seeing it for what it can become. We started with HVAC, a subject that our founder understood quite well, with his understanding honed through his career in academia as a lecturer and a practicing Mechanical Engineer. This journey, which started as a set of ideas and sheer will, took us from success to success. The founding principles, eminent among them being “understand the object-make it better,” took us from success to success quickly. By 2017, our organization grew exponentially while boasting a client base that definitively ranked us among the most important turnkey HVAC providers in the UAE, representing some of the most important technology providers worldwide. That year, firmly assured of our leading position in the HVAC domain, we applied our tried and tested principles to new domains. We decided that certain aspects of civil construction merited attention and that some things could be done better. This led to the creation of a new vertical that supplies and engineers bridge components such as bearings, joints, TBM tunnel components, and seismic damping devices. We have also expanded our geographical footprint to more intense markets like India. The journey is not over. Starting from our current launchpad of 70 well-trained and technically curious engineers and technicians, the unparalleled network of industry connections, and a stellar reputation, we look ahead to the next more complex and challenging thing.
