About Fostering Together - for children with disabilities
Fostering Together works collaboratively with foster carers for children with disabilities to provide a high-quality service which meets the needs of children and young people in care; to provide them with a positive and nurturing family life which supports and enhances their social, emotional and educational development. We support people from all walks of life, though in particular nurses, care workers and teaching staff looking for a rewarding vocation where they can provide their skills, love and home to a child with disabilities who, for whatever reasons, cannot live with their parents. Our dedicated team has extensive experience in fostering and share a clear vision to provide the highest quality foster placements for children and young people, to enable them to flourish in life. We understand the complexities of fostering and strive to ensure that every foster family, child and young person feels supported, respected and valued.
