About Found Village
We are changing the way teens from hard places are supported by surrounding them with community and providing them with information, opportunity, and empowerment. Found Village partners with multiple community organizations with a shared mission and together we holistically meet the needs of each teen. We believe that every teen has the ability to develop into a heathy and self-sufficient adult if given the right support and we provide teens and those working with them with that support. We execute our mission by building life plans with each teen and then pair them with a coach that works one on one helping them meet objectives and coordinate feedback. In addition to the obvious benefits of enrichment, we use our activities to teach key character and skills development. Teens are also learning about healthy habits and eating nutritional meals during our activities. We are not a program we are a community that develops the mind, body, and spirit of individuals and we have fun while doing it!
