Two of the clinical methods we employ include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing which helps you develop the motivation and skills necessary to maintain recovery. Our comprehensive Wellness Recovery Program promotes an active lifestyle by incorporating nutritional counseling and fitness classes. We offer a wide variety of seasonal activities, such as cross-country skiing, wilderness hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, cycling, and other outdoor pursuits. You will also enjoy arts and crafts, cooking classes, and meal planning, which complement a well-rounded lifestyle. Foundry Treatment Center believes that developing a healthy lifestyle by participating in physical activities, mastering new skills, and incorporating stress management activities will best enable you to achieve and maintain your recovery.
