The Fount™ Mind Wellbeing program is developed with innovation in mind. It takes advantage of the latest in the field of transdiagnostic psychology to prevent mental disorders, assist in the treatment of already existing mental health conditions and improve overall mental wellbeing for participants. Transdiagnostic research in psychology seeks to find common underlying patterns across various mental health issues, and to offer treatment that targets multiple mental disorders simultaneously. Fount™ programs offer tools based on evidence based psychological interventions, such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, CBT, ACT and compassion based therapies. The Fount™ Mind Wellbeing Program places special focus on promoting healthy relationships and community building through training the participants to adopt healthier communication strategies. Since its development in 2012, the Fount™ Mind Wellbeing Program has been pilot tested with various consumer groups, while consumer feedback and outcomes were used to enhance the evolution of the program and publications. In developing the Fount™ Mind Wellbeing Program, every attempt is made to attend to the needs of various social groups such as adults, children, adolescents, parents, corporate groups and workplaces, as well as linguistically, culturally and ability diverse people. Sahba Saberi, the Founder of Fount™ Institute, the author of Mind Wellbeing, and the developer of Fount™ Clinician is an Australian Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in therapeutic, research, supervision and training fields. With a focus on scalable solutions that make high-quality mental health care accessible to broader communities, Sahba's innovative work continues to push the boundaries of mental health care delivery.
