Derrick Crawford brings over 25 years of leadership across the NFL, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. He served as Director of Football Operations for the Washington Redskins for 12 seasons, overseeing logistics, operational strategy, and high-performance environments. He also served as Executive Director and Consultant for Game Plan for Life Ministry for 14 years and Executive Pastor at Christ Central Church for 8 years, helping organizations grow in leadership, impact, and operational excellence.
