After spending years training fundraisers how to successfully connect with donors and working in major gift and mid-level programs, Lisa, Founder of FourPoints Collective, had three realizations: 1) Nonprofits weren't spending enough time setting their fundraising programs up for success from the start and it was costing them dearly later on. This is especially true of the mid-level space. 2) Too many mid-level strategies were overly complicated and hard to measure, making it tough to advocate for funding them. 3)Nonprofits need support to find the right person to manage and execute a mid-level program; often they’re not even sure where to start with the skills needed for these crucial fundraising roles. As she discussed the opportunities and challenges in fundraising, Lisa knew she wanted to take action and provide a solution that would better serve this work. So, she created FourPoints Collective—focused on helping nonprofits and nonprofit fundraisers implement strategies that lead to success.
