My company is based around offering four key activities which are those I have applied to every problem or opportunity over the years: Research> Analysis> Recommendation> Delivery. Whilst all four are critical, the last one is where Fourpoints can set itself apart in ensuring really effective delivery and completion of all projects. As well as developing strategic or tactical marketing strategies and managing internal and external communications programmes, Fourpoints also specialises in technical project management of anything from recovery or turn around plans to building projects.
