FOWND is a company for PTs, developed by PTs, that aims to ease the administrative workload for physical therapists during sessions. Our first goal to achieve this is to streamline documentation by leveraging the power of AI to act as an assist along with using natural language processing to transcribe a session and generate a SOAP note automatically at the end of a session. We also plan to use AI/machine learning technologies to provide computer vision-aided ROM measurements and functional assessments, and automatically upload those values into your note. Doing this will allow for a standardization of measurements and decrease the error rate associated with goniometric measurements. Generative AI will also be a part of our platform, tailored to both you and your patient, that will suggest approriate treatment plans, exercises, protocols, etc. It will also assist in attributing accurate, billable codes to session documents, and offer the possibility of remote therapeutic monitoting. By combining ambient data and the professional skills of the therapists, PTs will be significantly less burndened by documentation, and other paperwork that takes time away from your patient and give you back control of the whole reason we went to PT school in the first place - to help people and make them feel better.
