Framework (Specialist Works) Ltd is a member of the Independent Scaffolding Group, and operates as a high volume Scaffolding Contractor throughout the South East of the UK. With our head offices and yard facilities in Berkhamsted, supported by a second yard in Erith, we are able to service projects extremely effectively throughout the whole of London. We also work extensively in the Northern and Southern Home Counties and along the M4 corridor. We have a directly employed, highly trained and professional workforce of approximately 150 staff, a fleet of 60 varied vehicles and in excess of £8m worth of scaffolding. All of this allows us take on the largest of projects. Our in house estimators, designers, and health and safety management team compliment the site based gangs and their experienced supervision and management. We have successfully partnered many national and regional contractors and developers over many years. By working on projects at the earliest opportunity, we have been able to develop complex access solutions that suit every trade from the start of the construction process to the end. Our core method statement, programming and sequencing schedules, and detailed elevation drawings provide all trades with full details of the access to be provided, and our clients achieve cost certainty at the earliest opportunity. Full CHAS, SMAS, EXOR and Constructionline accreditation have been obtained.
