FATEX is your link to do business with West and Central Africa (francophone Africa). The rapid urbanization and a desire by African governments to provide adequate services to their citizens has lead to massive infrastructure programs in countries like Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. Currently we have investment opportunities available in: Abidjan: new project development in the upmarket suburb Cocody Dakar: low cost housing, residential and commercial property development Brazzaville: residential and commercial property projects Despite the slump in oil and mineral prices, many commodities available in francophone Africa are still experiencing rapid growth.
