Frankenius Equity operates as an investment company with a primary focus on both listed and unlisted investments spanning various sectors, including life science, real estate, retail, e-commerce, technology, and finance. Headquartered in western Sweden, we actively participate in domestic and international ventures, fostering robust partnerships through the sharing of our expertise and unwavering commitment. Throughout our history, we have executed a series of profitable transactions through collaborative efforts with like-minded partners, showcasing successful divestments such as Kappahl, Ellos, Scorett, Bockasjö, and investments in innovators like Star Republic, MoneyGo, and Vivoline. Our investment activities predominantly involve collaborations with operational partners and larger investment entities. Presently, our diversified portfolio encompasses approximately a dozen investments, featuring prominent entities such as the fashion chain Gina Tricot, life science innovators Triomed and Trisalus, Teenage Engineering (producers of high-end gear for creative musicians), as well as investments in private equity funds and listed shares. Additionally, we maintain a portfolio comprising high-end properties and a boutique hotel. Guided by an investment strategy that entails ownership stakes ranging from 10% to 50%, we consistently aim to create added value and are unwavering in our commitment to go the extra mile.
