About Heather Certified Pro Advisor for both desktop and online. I began my career at a full service CPA firm in 1992 in Jacksonville, FL. I handled a large client base for 14 years that included a large home security company, several retail stores, restaurants, and both medical and law practices. It was here that I began to use Quickbooks and became a Pro Advisor. I left the firm to open 3 successful restaurants in the Jacksonville area. I handled all aspects of this business from owning and managing to the financial and accounting side. I understand what it takes to run a business. I've been there and can help with understanding the accounting portion of the business. In 2007, I sold the restaurants and moved back home to NW Louisiana. My passion for small business accounting led me to a large CPA firm where I was the accounting services manager for 10 years. This position not only grew my experience in small business accounting, but I also received exposure to different types of businesses, Non-Profit and Government accounting. I have extensive knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, sales tax, payroll, payroll taxes, QB setup and consulting, QB training, and small business consulting for accounting systems and practices. I am a huge fan of cloud accounting for some businesses and have successfully converted and set up many clients on Quickbooks Online. With my vast knowledge of small business accounting and my experience being a business owner, I can help owners with their accounting services so that they can focus on their business. The taste for being an entrepreneur never left me. So with that and my passion for helping small business owners, Frazier Financial, LLC was born.
