About FrED (Future of Executive Development)

The FrED mission is to significantly improve the quality of leadership in the world through innovation in executive development. There are two components to that effort: The FrED Forum, 12/1-3, 2009 at the Desmund Tutu Center in New York City, and FrED Leadership Awards recognizing pioneers, thought leaders and role models in leadership and executive development. Frances Hesselbein, Chairman of the Board of the Leader to Leader Institute (formerly the Peter F. Drucker Foundation) will be the first to receive the Award. The award presentation will be a highlight of the Forum in NYC.
