Free Association (FA) is an Entertainment & Film Production company led by principals Channing Tatum, Reid Carolin, & Peter Kiernan. FA brings more than a decade of experience in producing movie, television, and streaming video content and develops innovative pop culture business extensions of franchise content. FA recently produced the highly anticipated films, P ISLAND, Zoe Kravitz’s directorial debut, as well as DOG, co-directed by Tatum and Carolin, who also wrote the script. Released theatrically in 2022 during Covid, DOG became one of the biggest box office hits that year, grossing over 85 million with a budget of 15 million. Other hits produced by FA include the 21 JUMPSTREET and MAGIC MIKE film franchises and FATHERHOOD with Kevin Hart. FA is currently in pre-production on SPARKELLA, the film adaptation of Tatum’s NYT Best Selling children’s book series, and in post-production on the drama, SPACEMAN, starring Adam Sandler, Carey Mulligan and Paul Dano. In television, FA has executive produced ''FINDING MAGIC MIKE'' for HBO MAX, as well as the STARZ Original Series, ''STEP UP: HIGHWATER.” In 2022, FA launched FA Live, a division focusing on creating, producing and distributing live entertainment which will seek to extend stories and experiences from all of their live projects. FA Live has partnered with Lionsgate on STEP UP LIVE, a high concept dance show inspired by global dance juggernaut, STEP UP. FA created and continues to produce the internationally acclaimed entertainment experience, MAGIC MIKE LIVE. Launched in 2017, over 1.2 million people have attended their sold-out shows in Las Vegas and London, with past limited engagements in Australia and Berlin. MAGIC MIKE LIVE’S US Tour debuted in 2023 in Miami and Dallas, with the next stop planned in New York.
