Our mission is to create an opportunity to be yourself freely in an environment with no judgment. We offer classes in multiple formats of fitness and wellness or a full offering of options for your body, mind, and soul. At Free Hearts, you can take classes in a safe and welcoming space where professionals guide you toward optimal self-care. We offer a full wellness experience in a personal boutique model. Our multi-format and multi-wellness offerings include dance, boxing, Pilates, strength, barre, yoga, and meditation. Through a mix of these options, you can personalize your schedule for full-person wellness.
