Free Life Praxis offers unconventional consulting & facilitation services to teams and leaders who meet one or more of the following conditions: 1) Want to solve a problem that is useful for more than just profit 2) Want to innovate but feel stuck in their ideation or solution process 3) Are trying to implement a solution but are not executing as desired The consulting is unconventional for various reasons, including: 1) Customer Context Centered: The work we will do together is an act of understanding your context & the possibilities & constraints living therein 2) Emergent Practice: My expertise is to apply a systems lens to your reality to help teams unleash their agency, not bring off the shelf "expert" advice 3) Purpose Focused: My goal with supporting clients is that I will not be needed all the time or for a long time. The goal of this company is to help important work get done well, not to build as much profit as possible. Thus I will not try to upsell and will be open when I think that my impact is waning 4) Reality Embracing (even when hard): I will not hide uncomfortable observations. I have watched too many consultants and internal teams do this out of fear of backlash.
