At a time of a national youth mental health crisis, empowering the rising generation isn’t optional — it’s urgent. Free to Grow Up is a nonprofit movement helping young people, families, and communities break free from digital dependency and reclaim the freedom to thrive. Our approach is different. Across countless solutions, one truth is consistently overlooked: youth aren’t the problem to fix — they’re the solution to engage. Our entire model is built to champion their leadership. When young people recognize what’s being taken from them, they rise. We exist to help them do it. Our three-stage strategy is a clear pathway from outrage to action: 1. 🔥 Spark the Shift – Awaken hearts through cinematic storytelling that reveals the stakes and inspires action. 2. 🌱 Equip Teens & Parents – Provide tools for young people to use technology with purpose and parents to mentor, not just monitor. 3. 🌍 Mobilize Youth – Turn individual breakthroughs into a movement by equipping youth to lead digital freedom campaigns in their communities.
