When companies / teams do not actively address the inner needs of their workforce, there is always a cost. This cost will show up in the following areas: Difficulty in recruitment of quality people. Poor leadership and team culture at the management and workforce levels. Workforce burnout and excessive absences. Diminished creativity and an increased inability to problem solve. Because of the essential nature of a company’s / organization’s team members, and in light of the post pandemic challenges that companies are facing regarding a diminished workforce, we feel it is vital that organizations take an active (not passive) role in their employees’ inner wellbeing moving forward. Free To Love Coaching Solutions LLC has developed two stages of offerings for our corporate clients: Stage 1: Core Human Driver Presentation- A one hour engaging and interactive in-person presentation with the group / workforce. This stage 1 presentation will enlighten workforce about the six essential core human motivations, and discuss the root of all conflict and suffering. Each person will leave presentation knowing the specific drivers that are driving them in life. Stage 2- De-Stressification Workshop- This will be a three module workshop presented to employees to help identify the roots of personal stress. Employees will also learn specific practices to bring the nervous system into balance and ease.
