About Freedom Bakery

We are Oklahoma's only bakery dedicated to gluten free and allergen friendly bakery items! We are a home based bakery located in Northeast Oklahoma. We specialize in baked goods that are free of gluten and the Top 8 allergens. Our baked goods contain NO wheat, soy, eggs, shellfish, peanuts, dairy, tree nuts (including coconuts), and fish. As well as being gluten free, we also have many items that are vegan. We make custom orders of cookies, cakes, and other baked items. We love to try new things, and love a good challenge!
