My Name is Alli Grieveson, I am a Personal Trainer and Mindset coach. I change peoples lives for the better through motivation, support, counselling, fitness, health and nutrition. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years, specializing in weight loss management, injury rehabilitation and mental health. Closely working with Doctors and Physios at Rehab + Fitness in Woolloongabba, which ensures that my clients are getting the most out of our sessions. I have worked with hundreds of weight loss, injury rehabilitation and mental health clients, with one client losing over 100kgs. I would love nothing more than help YOU transform your life! Even though i specialize in Weight Loss and Mental Health, I also train clients to improve fitness, strength and overall health.
