Our mission is to help solve the affordable housing crisis and provide financial freedom by improving Manufactured Home Communities to make them clean, safe, and economically viable. Improving their value helps save manufactured home communities from re-development. This protects existing affordable housing--which is in short supply--from disappearing, and protects the families who live in these communities from losing their homes. We are a group of friends and family striving towards Financial Freedom. Financial Freedom means being able spend your time on what matters most to you, and make decisions based on what you feel is right, regardless of the money. We invest in properties that provide a balance between being somewhat stable at purchase, but that also have room for improvement. This allows us to realize year-1 cash flow and also an excellent long term return with much less risk than with investments requiring larger turnarounds.
