Our Background We have a collective experience of over 40 years installing, training and supporting speech recognition solutions & assistive technology for a wide variety of companies across the UK who want to improve their document turnaround time, staff efficiency or to enable disabled staff to operate a PC effectively. As a certified training company, we have extensive skills and a wealth of experience delivering courses to a wide variety of clients including the BBC, Inland Revenue, Ofsted, HSBC, GP surgeries & legal practices. Our practical experience of providing Technical Assessments and end-user solutions through the Access to Work scheme (with JobCentre Plus) has enabled us to understand the specific needs of disabled clients who have Dyslexia, visual & hearing disabilities, RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury), Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and other WRULDs (Work Related Upper Limb Disorders). We have an established skill set bespoking speech recognition solutions (such a NaturallySpeaking Professional) into clients existing applications, systems and workflow processes. This includes creating bespoke speech recognition vocabularies, custom speech commands (to enable in-house applications to be voice operated) and providing customised training courses and support packages.
