Freeflow Projects will guide you through the production process from beginning to end. From ideation to technical event production, site operations during the event and post event wrap-up, we’ll be there to make it feel easy. Louisa and Clif have worked in event production for decades, bringing experience from many forms including music, theatre, musicals, opera, dance, film and sport. We understand the importance of the creative process, and we’re here to match your vision with a technical framework that ensures your event will be smooth and successful. As a team, we’ve made stages float over Sydney Harbour and built a pop-up opera house for audiences of over 50,000 people each year. We’ve managed the logistics of music festivals and awards, built stages for Oprah and worked on sports events from the 2000 Olympics to the Rugby World Cup. We’ve produced for international stars like Dame Julie Andrews, global thinkers like Dr Oliver Sacks and world-class touring acts including the Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan. We’ve turned iconic Australian novels into theatre, staged opera in unlikely places from the beach to Uluru and brought extraordinary creative visions to life.
