Freeman and Pardoe was founded in 1947 and developed into a manufacturer of precision engineered components to the exacting safety critical requirements of the Aerospace, Defence and Power industries. We manufactured the first Arrow Door Closers over 30 years ago and today we have installed millions of units worldwide and have grown to become the largest, most respected manufacturer of door closers in the UK. We invest, and continue to heavily invest, in advanced manufacturing techniques and in our unique in-house testing facility which runs over 1 million door closer cycle tests per week. We assess both the quality and durability of our closers, allowing us to continually improve product performance. What We Do Freeman and Pardoe innovate, design and manufacture Door Closers of the highest standards to enable Architects, Architectural Ironmongers and Building Owners alike to meet the Fire Safety and Ease of Access standards, that as members of the public ourselves, we expect for all. We have developed our own proprietary technology and hold numerous patents which enable us to produce products of the highest quality. We take pride in the fact that we design, develop, manufacture and test our products in the same UK facility to maintain the highest standards.
