About Freepackers

The B Corp certified company Freepackers Travels was established in 2010 by Justine Trembicki to meet the growing demand among young people for international mobility on meaningful projects: humanitarian, environmental, and wildlife. We organize humanitarian trips for schools, sustainable summer camps for teenagers, language courses in immersion, cultural exchanges, and educational projects. These international programs aim to promote education, pedagogy, and culture. Freepackers collaborates with numerous local NGOs in 37 destinations, all personally met and carefully chosen for their ethical approach. Since 2019, our non-profit organization, Freepackers Care, has been democratizing humanitarian actions through information sessions, workshops, conferences, financial assistance, and training. The goal of Freepackers Care is inclusive humanitarian travel accessible to all socio-professional categories, regardless of skills, resources, gender, or origin of volunteers. Four years ago, RealStep was born in response to the increasing demand for work experiences abroad. It offers internships, certified training, and language courses abroad, focusing on projects with a sustainable and positive impact on local communities. Today, our three structures enable us to place positive and sustainable impact at the heart of our activities, while meeting the strictest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal responsibility.
