Insulation Systems LLC is an intellectual Property holding company for the insulation system being developed under the trademark FREEZEBLOCKER tm. FREEZEBLOCKER tm is an engineered insulation and air sealing system that is specifically designed to prevent pipes from freezing if they are installed in unheated attics, exterior walls or other unheated building cavities. By coordinating pipe installation location and using a specifically designed insulation component that is matched to the individual pipe direction and building cavity geometry, FREEZEBLOCKER makes maximum use of transient building heat converging it into the pipe preventing freezing without the use of electric heat tracing. AIr sealing preventing energy losses from exfiltration is eliminated by a firm inteferance fit between insulation components and building framing where the pipes are located. Freezeblocker is suitable for all piping types as well as piping systems and has been tested by UL, The Underwriters Laboratory as well as The National Association of Homebuilders Research Center (NAHBRC). FREEZEBLOCKER components have internal geometric pathways and radiant covering that enhance transient building heat into piping protecting the buildings vital systems from freeze damage and ice blockage.
