Whenever our customers have questions regarding how long a load takes to be delivered, how a carrier should secure the freight, or the type of truck and trailer equipment best suits their needs, Freightcraft Logistics has the knowledge required to answer them. Vigilance: Imagine calling your logistics provider and asking when the truck will arrive to deliver, or where your freight is in transit. Your provider then asks to call you back in a moment... Suddenly it's 4:55PM and you realize you never got a response. If this is you, then your provider didn't execute vigilance in their operation to ensure that they always knew what was going on with management of your freight transportation. You can and should expect better, and we're here to give it to you. Integrity: No one's perfect, we all know this to be true. At some point everyone makes a mistake or comes up short.
