French Delights was born out of a passion for French patisserie and inspired by my father, Dominique. He runs his artisanal ‘Cheesecakes & Pies’ in Cannes in the South of France, and this is where I learned our family recipes and secrets. Now I want to share this goodness, from France to New Zealand, for you to enjoy. Where possible I source New Zealand made and grown products, free range and chemical free, to ensure French Delights are premium desserts. The menu often changes to best reflect the seasonal bounty of Aoteroa. I love what I do and I can guarantee every French Delights dessert is made with love – you can taste the difference!
