About Fresh French Fries
Welcome to Fresh French Fries at the Minnesota State Fair, voted "Best French Fries in America" by Gourmet Magazine! Fresh French Fries are only available at the "Great Minnesota Get Together," for 12 days a year on the Minnesota State Fair grounds. Fresh French Fries was founded in 1973 and has been serving fresh cut French Fries at The Minnesota State Fair ever since. Over the years our operation has grown from small street side portable booths with very little equipment, to the much larger permanent buildings, containing state of the art equipment that we use today. As our buildings grew so did our extended FFF family. Today we now have employees whose parents once worked for us. We have seen many changes over the years; new booths, new generation of our FFF family members, and many new things at the fair, to name a few, however one thing that has never changed and will never change is the way we cook our fries! We have been serving pure "Freshness" for over 40 years and many more to come. It is our promise to continue serving you the Best French Fries in America, Enjoy!
