Fresh Meet CIC provides training, skills, opportunities, support and work experience to young people in the digital sector. We mentor young people on paid internships, as they work with us to deliver live client project briefs. This gives them their first piece of commercial experience, which totally changes the conversation with a potential employer. Young people have something they can point at and say; "I was paid to work on that. This is what I did...". The profits made from creative, digital and tech projects delivered thru Fresh Meet CIC are re-invested in running free “Careers in Digital” workshops with groups of young people. Fresh Meet CIC has been setup and is powered by the team at Bravand (see www.bravand.com). Bravand is a leading, independent, female-founded and led digital agency, and has a 12-year track record of designing, building and helping to promote all sorts of things that people interact with on screens.
