Frog Fitness is a new company dedicated to creating truly unique first of their kind breakthrough products that introduce previously unimagined styles of training and enable faster more effective total body training. To do this we wanted to combine HIIT cardio training with the added and simultaneous benefits of resistance training. In recent years it seemed working out and training had hit a wall so to speak. Technologically speaking, the cardio side of the industry turned to installing complicated display’s that were intended to fool the user into believing they were running, biking, climbing the Alp’s, on beaches of Fiji or their favorite trails etc.. It's entertaining and all, but the problem is your body realizes you’re not really there at all. In retrospect your stuck in the same place you always workout and it comes down to will power to keep going no matter what pleasant images are on the screen. Pick your poison when it comes to cardio, it’s all about getting that heart rate up! Many studies have pointed out that HIIT High Intensity Interval Training is far superior, to extremely long periods of steady cardio. The Frog™ was built around the HIIT mindset! The idea is to max out your heart rate in short burst with small rest periods in between. If you go for a 1-2 hour run or 100 mile bike ride etc., there is no doubt that there are cardiovascular benefits to this type of exercise, just as there is with any form of training. The problem is the human body is extremely good at adapting and convincing itself “this is the new normal” and your results begin to diminish. The versatility of The Frog™ allows you to get your overall total body training and cardio knocked out faster than any other method but then quickly transform to let you target those specific body parts you want to pay a little more attention to so they can improve.
