About Frogmore
Frogmore is a UK-focused, fully integrated real estate investment manager. We offer investors solutions across non-listed vehicles, customised separate accounts, and through co-investment. Founded in 1961, Frogmore has 60 years’ experience of investing in UK commercial real estate. We pursue an active value creation strategy across multiple sectors including retail, office, residential, industrial and alternatives such as retirement park homes, student housing and data centres. Frogmore specialises in income producing assets with active real estate asset management potential, property refurbishment and selective development opportunities; to drive our Funds’ performance in line with return expectations and risk limits. In 2006, Frogmore launched its first co-mingled real estate fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP I) and closed it with c£330m in investor commitments. Its successor fund (FREP II) closed in 2009 having raised c£195m. In 2015, Frogmore successfully closed a value-add fund (FREP III) at c£400m commitments globally. We have a fourth value add fund (FREP IV) that achieved its first close in Oct 2019. Based in London with a team of 40 people, Frogmore carries out all aspects of origination, asset management, property development and debt finance in-house. The current senior team has vast experience and recognition in the marketplace; and has carried out over £7bn of transactions since 1995 through their strong network of relationships. Through its well-defined investment process, Frogmore has delivered consistent returns for our investors over multiple cycles. A high degree of teamwork, rigorous discipline and risk management from deal sourcing to the exit has positioned Frogmore as a leader in real estate fund management in the UK.
